Sandland Packaging expands into second site to cope with increased demand

Sandland Packaging has signed the lease on a second site to cope with increased demand. The 30,000 square feet site is designed to improve efficiencies and workflow through the plant. Principally it will house Sandland’s growing stock and serve facility.

This in line with company growth forecasts and in keeping with plans for investment and recruitment plans for early 2021. Sandland Packaging are the leading manufacturer of bespoke corrugated packaging in the West Midlands.

“As orders continue to grow across multiple lines so we need to evolve our manufacturing footprint. Our new stock and serve facility is 300% larger than the existing one and gives us the space and efficiency we need to deliver for our customers,” said Martin Hickman, Managing Director.
