The Challenge:

Our customer needed fast, reliable, and robust packaging for their Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) product applications. Their packaging had specific dimensions to ensure a good fit, had to protect their high value products and the packaging needed to be simple to assemble for ease of use.

The Solution:

We have a deep understanding of the requirements of industrial packaging of this kind.  We used a FEFCO 0201 style box to 463mm x 305mm x 305mm dimensions and manufactured this with a stronger more durable 200KTBC corrugate board. The boxes were manufactured as stitched boxes to provide an additional level of security and protection.

The Result:

Our customer was extremely pleased with this simple to assemble packaging, manufactured to their specified dimensions. They really appreciated our fast turnaround and ability to consider all aspects of their requirements for these high value products including stitching the seals for extra protection.
