Planting 840 trees with local school

Andy Batha, Sales Director, helped hand over 840 trees to students at Codsall Middle School, St Nicholas First School and Birches First School as part of Turning The Black Country Green school tree planting program.

Sandland Packaging Ltd. have offset 6098 tonnes of Carbon created in their 12 month boundary period to become Carbon Neutral certified. In addition to the Carbon Offsetting they have donated 840 trees for students to plant at home or in designated forest areas at school to raise awareness of the global climate crisis. All three schools will commence their own Net Zero journey in September and consciously reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.
